Brittany Brothers is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge, a Masters in Business Administration from Lipscomb University and expertise in the vertical transportation industry. With over a decade of experience under her belt, she has become a trusted name in the field.

Brittany's career began with a comprehensive six-month elevator equipment and industry training from one of the most prestigious vertical transportation programs in the industry. She then joined Otis Elevator, where she specialized in Modernizations before advancing to Management and serving as a Regional Trainer for all new hires. Her dedication and strategic approach to customer service quickly made her an invaluable asset in Tennessee, where she achieved a remarkable 264% growth in her territory within just two years. Through her exceptional support and leadership, Brittany cultivated a high-performing sales team that shared her commitment and passion. As a Regional Trainer, she earned the prestigious “Excellence in Execution” award for her region.

Brittany later transitioned to working as an elevator supplier, collaborating with companies nationwide and further expanding her influence within the industry. Her admirable reputation and commitment to excellence allowed her to establish strong relationships while delivering top-notch service to industry executives and owners across the nation. She played a pivotal role in developing new marketing materials and a new hire training program, contributing to the company’s rapid growth, with her territory experiencing a 230% increase in under seven years.

As a proud contributor to the National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) for eight years, Brittany actively participates in committees, delivers vertical transportation educational presentations, and collaborates to enhance industry standards and client services.
