Brittany Brothers - Founder of LiftLogic Advising

Sales Growth Strategist | Elevator Industry Connector

Brittany Brothers is a recognized leader in the vertical transportation industry, known for her ability to bring clarity, strategy, and structure to complex operations — and elevate businesses from the inside out. With over 14 years of industry experience, an MBA from Lipscomb University, and a proven track record of growth, Brittany is the trusted advisor behind LiftLogic Advising.

Her career began with elite technical training and quickly accelerated at Otis Elevator, where she specialized in modernizations before rising to sales management and regional training. In just two years, she led her Tennessee territory to 264% growth — a testament to her customer-first mindset and sharp operational instincts. As a Regional Sales Trainer, she was awarded Otis’s coveted “Excellence in Execution” honor, recognized for cultivating high-performing teams and delivering real results.

Later, Brittany shifted into the supplier space, where she continued to build a national presence. She partnered with elevator companies across the country to modernize how they market, sell, and train — including the creation of new hire programs and sales support materials that helped her territory grow 230% over seven years.

In 2024, Brittany founded LiftLogic Advising to bring that same energy and expertise directly to manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. She works side by side with leadership teams to structure sales initiatives, create high-impact outreach programs, and build smarter pathways to market — including programs such as her Architectural Outreach Program, which connects elevator companies with the building professionals they’ve long struggled to reach.

A longtime contributor to the National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC), Brittany presents educational sessions, serves on multiple committees, and is a featured voice in Elevator World magazine. She is also an active member of Nashville’s Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Brittany lives in Rockvale, TN with her husband Andrew and their daughter Amelia, where they’ve built a wooded retreat filled with trails, gardens, and quiet space to think. True to form, she brings that same grounded perspective and long-term mindset to her work — clearing a path forward for her clients, cutting through complexity, cultivating clarity, and building systems that take root and thrive.
